The Ryosuke Kiyasu Percussion Improvisation Workshop
Join internationally acclaimed percussionist Ryosuke Kiyasu for an immersive improvisation workshop exploring avant-garde expression and unconventional rhythm. Through experimentation with sound, movement and unexpected percussive objects, participants will discover new ways of engaging with percussion beyond traditional techniques. No prior experience necessary.

Sedna Goddess Painting
Join facilitator David Thorogood for a creative workshop inspired by the myth of Sedna, the Inuit creation goddess associated with a distant dwarf planet discovered in 2003.
After hearing the story of Sedna, participants will respond through dance, painting, and writing, exploring personal connections to the myth. The workshop concludes with a group sharing of creations and reflections.
