Rose is a self taught artist and was inspired to pursue an inherited passion for art after creating a painting for her 4 year old grandson. Her father was a talented portrait artist.

Included in several paintings, the viewer may discover some works by the great masters. Their paintings supply Rose with great inspiration and after studying these works, enabled her to effortlessly paint from her heart.

Although Rose may be confined to a wheelchair, her creative talent holds no bounds as she paints with an honest unrivalled freedom.

To Rose, “Painting is my escape from reality. It’s a place to find myself and to create something lasting.”
